Most participants arriving via the TRE will choose to walk the few blocks from the ITC to Sundance Square. From the ITC, walk west on 9th Street and turn north on Main Street to Sundance Square. It is an 8 to 10 minute walk. Those wishing to ride the bus from the ITC may board Route 10 at 7:20am or Route 1 at 7:30am. Ask the driver to help you with where to get off the bus as routes will be changed because of the race. For return to the ITC after the race, board any southbound bus on Houston Street.
Regular fares will apply to all trips. Tickets are available from vending machines at each station. Participants should arrive at the station a few minutes early to allow time to purchase tickets before boarding the train. Participants may purchase a Day Pass which will also cover their return trip after the race as well as all connecting buses or DART light rail to or from the TRE stations. From within Tarrant County, a single-zone Day Pass is $3.00 or from Dallas County, a premium two-zone Day Pass is $5.00. There are discounted fares for children, persons 65 and over and disabled persons. Call Customer Service well in advance at 817-215-8600 for details about how to purchase discounted fares. |
